Growing Older Information Products develops publications and CDs about elder care services in Massachusetts in order to meet the information needs of family caregivers.
The Need for Information
Caring for an aging parent can be both demanding and stressful and most national surveys of family caregivers put information on elder care resources at the top of their list of needs. They are seeking information on aging services such as elder law, independent living, adult day care, geriatric medicine, home care, senior housing, etc.
We Provide the Information – You make the Decisions
Growing Older Information Products strives to be all-inclusive in its information on aging services and elder care resources and leaves it to family caregivers to explore these options for themselves and make decisions based upon their individual situations.
What’s Next?
Upcoming products include ‘Growing Older, Staying Independent’, which will include information and photographs of low and high tech products that help elders remain independent and safe in their own homes.
